After seeing so many canning recipes for green tomatoes, I thought now would be a great time to try out a couple. Right now the garden is full of green tomatoes.
The recipes that I have been eyeing are "Green Chili Sauce" and "Green Tomato Salsa". If I have enough tomatoes I might also try my grandmothers "Green Tomato Bread" recipe.
Since I have yet to try these recipes, I can't post them. But if they turn out as good as I'm hoping you can bet that I'll post it here!
I look forward to pictures and recipes! Those passed down from relatives are most often the best.
